I was not very pleased with the last time I came to this tearoom. I was not at all impressed with my food, it was cold and somewhat plain. The music overplaying was skipping and no one did a thing about it after awhile I was beginning to get a headache! My tea I had ordered was an Orange Spice, it was not orange spice but the waitress tried to tell me that sometimes black tea's can get a 'chocolatey' flavor, which I know to be wrong. I just felt like there wasn't much effort put into making their customers feel comfortable.

I had one of the teas offered here, the sandwiches, the crumpets with the lemon curd were very tasty except for the desserts they were a little stale. However, the selection of tea was not so great. There was nothing special or quite extravagant about their tea's at all. Unfortunately their teapots were quite 'drippy' i had hot water leak everywhere and the waitress was very hard to track down and we were almost the only people in there. I liked it, I would go back but for the price I would expect more from the tea selection, desserts and leaky teapots.

Goodness! This quaint country village tea room is such a lovely place to be! The atmosphere is comfortable and still elegant at the same time. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared in the most gorgeous presentation of tea sandwiches and desserts imaginable! The variety of tea alone was enough to make one fall in love with this tea shop! It was difficult but the waitress was more than happy to help choose, and was very well educated on the types of teas, tastes, differences etc.. I had such a delightful time, I will be back. I was not rushed nor was I at all uncomfortable. Wonderful place to be for afternoon tea!!!
