A new tea room in Roseburg Square in Modesto. We feature a retail area in the style of an upscale country grocery store, with up to 100 different teas, plus tea ware, and gifts. The tea bar is where you can learn more about tea through tea tasting and instruction, as well as tea to-go. The dining area features a Morning Tea, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea with all the delicious cuisine you would expect, in a lovely setting of eclectic hand painted tables and chairs. The tea room seats 30 guests.
