This place is really charming! It's often crowded, but the upstairs is broken up into cute little cozy rooms with vintage atmosphere and you can usually find a space. The loose tea selection is pretty extensive! I've had mixed experiences with the sandwiches, but several of them are pretty good. Becomes more of a bar (with alcohol etc) in the evenings.

I visited this place because it'd been recommended to me as a good local restaurant. I was not expecting the high quality tea selection they had, and was pleasantly surprised. Both food, and tea were delicious.
