Julian Tea
The cottage is quaint and Victorian. However the service was poor. The waitress was a teenager who was not versed in serving tea. The tea was warm, not hot and the bread was stale. I've been going to Julian for over 10 years, it was wonderful in the past but in the last three years it has steadly declined. We will check out other areas such as Alpine for better tea cottages such as Cobblestone cottage and Donna Maria's Tea.
