Tea and Teacups
I am a regular visitor to Tea and Teacups in an area with quite a few tea options available. The staff are great and the owner very gracious (and very open to suggestions). While I generally prefer the black teas, I tried a Rooibus today that was marvelous. The tea menu has been expanded over the last year to include something for just about anyone...black, white,red,chai teas. The desserts are also varied with a fantastic chocolate pot/cake item and creme brulee as the latest additions. The prices are reasonable with the High Tea about $23, but with a variety of other less costly choices if you are not hungry enough for soup, scone,sandwiches, quiche AND dessert. The place is generally busy on weekends with celebrations but it is definitely worth checking out.

Mill Creek Manor Tea Room
Very charming tea room. Food was excellent, with tasty sandwiches and well presented. As an extra, try their wonderfully delicious crepes. Be sure to make a reservation if you're in Big Bear for the day.
