  We held my mother's birthday here and it was wonderful! The building is beautiful, the service was wonderful, the food and tea was delicious. Wandering through the gift shop was fun, too! We will go back!

  Simply divine! We have been here twice and loved it both times. The decor is beautiful Victorian, the tea and food were delicious and the gift shop was wonderful. They even sell packages of their delicious tea. Try Buckingham Palace!

  Worst customer service ever! The owner yelled at me when I tried to make a reservation and then hung up on me.
