Wonderful cozy atmosphere. Amazing variety of teas. I am from London and love High Tea. Never thought I would find the best High tea I have ever had in Davis,Ca The owner cooks most things herself, her Napoleon is to die for. She also serves wonderful soups sandwiches at lunchtime. I you are anywhere near Davis, find this place. I warn you it is addictive.
