This is a gift shop that also does an afternoon tea service by reservation. It has a set menu and one tea, each changing seasonally. The atmosphere of the shop was cozy, and tea customers get a small 'party favor' with their meal. The menu was a balance of sweets (e.g., cakes, scone, cookies) and savories (e.g., soup, finger sandwiches). I wish there had been a selection of teas, and I did find that one of the desserts was much too sweet for me. But everything else was high quality, and the portions were very generous.

Crest Hill Tea Room
I came here with a large group; the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was very cozy. We had their largest tea service, which was quite a bit of food (fruit, finger sandwiches, scones, and a pastry assortment) at a very reasonable price, and all delicious. They offered a wide range of different teas; I had the "pot o' gold" rooibos blend.

I have been coming to this location for years and always enjoy it. There is ample seating downstairs, where it is quieter. I recommend any of the bento meals. The ingredients are always fresh and complement all of their teas.
