The Tea Cart
The things I know about Tea Cart is their events. You see events quite often listed - They are basically themed teas. (I've been to one - it was great fun! I've wanted to go to others, but haven't made it out yet.) The staff is quite knowledgeable, the teas and the atmosphere are great! They are a great tea house!

Back Street Brews Coffee and Tea House
Quaint little shop - You wouldn't believe it was here if you did not know. What seems like a decent selection of teas and coffees. It is quite small inside, but there are tables on a patio that you can sit at when the weather is nice. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

Brew LoCo
Brew Loco has several options for drinks that are brewed. (Coffee, beer, tea, etc) I've had some great drinks from this location - (and bought adagio tea from here before I knew that brand was a thing actually). The people have always been great when I stop in. The downside (at least to me) is that I wish they were open earlier in the day. It would be nice to be able to stop on my way to work to pick up a cup of tea or coffee. And they are closed or near closing when I come back through in the evenings. Other than that minor qualm, I definitely recommend giving Brew Loco a try!

Dominion Tea
Modern tea shop in downtown Purcellville. Great teas, knowledgable staff. You can go in and have a cup there - or get one to go. The walls are lined with the tea options - so you can smell each tea before deciding. If you are still between what you'd like, they offer a "tea flight" you get three teas to taste. (You can choose your own or go with their "flight of the month".) When I am undecided, I've gone with the option to let the tea expert that is working pick what tea I have that day a few times. It is a nice way to break out of my comfort zone and try some new things. If you are in this area, definitely give them a try.
