Can't think of a better place to spend a lazy afternoon. The food is exceptional, the ambiance is beautiful, and the waitstaff accommodating. Charlotte's scones are better each and every time I come here. I bought an elegant tea cup and box of tea for a gift. You can get everything you want at Charlotte's!
