The English Rose Tea Room
Six of us had an absolutely delightful time at the English Rose. Shari is the perfect hostess, aiming to please each of us without hovering. Delicious food, quaint and pleasant decor, unique items for sale. Truly a hidden treasure in Virginia Beach.
