Serendipity Tea Room and Cafe'
I hosted a birthday luncheon for my sister and I could not have chosen a better place. The decor was beautiful, the food and tea were delicious, and the attention to detail was impressive. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Piper and her associates are the best.
