The Shoppe at Shady Gables Tearoom
Visiting tea rooms is my hobby and Shady Gables is my all-time favorite. My only complaint is that it isn't closer to where I live! I have a close friend who lives near Versailles and she and I are planning our third visit to Shady Gables next month. I can hardly wait. The variety of teas available is unsurpassed and the teapots and tea cozies are always so pretty. It is so relaxing to sit and sip tea with a good friend and enjoy all the dainty food and soak up the Victorian atmosphere. A very memorable experience, and it is what sets Shady Gables apart from the rest. Reba has done a wonderful job and I consider it a blessing to have tea at Shady Gables.

Inspirations Tea Room
We were treated to 'Inspirations' this month while visiting friends in Oklahoma. The scones and lemon curd were a nice appetizer. I enjoyed the Tearoom Trio, and my 10 year old daughter got the Princess Asheley tray with all kinds of goodies. The scripture cards included on each plate are a nice touch. I had the Almond Amaretto hot tea which was excellent. We enjoyed the gift shop afterwards and hope to go back next time we are in the area.

Ruby Lena's Tea Room
This is definitely a favorite! Very nice variety of dishes to choose from. My mom and I love the sampler plates--we get to try a little of everything--quiche, soup & salad. The coconut pie is excellent, too! Wonderful food, beautiful atmosphere and great service. A must try if you are in the Branson area.
