Teaberry's Tea Room
This is still the #1 Tearoom in NJ in my opinion and that of my friends. I don't know who does the rating, but no other tearoom we have been to compares to Teaberry's in every way except the price.

Beautiful tearoom with warm, friendly service, but Teaberry's is still my vote for #1 as far as creativity and taste of food. Excellent value for the price.
