The Front Porch Tea Room
My husband treated me to a quiet and cozy night out. The atmosphere was great for talking and hearing each other. The lighting was dim but not dark. My husband enjoyed his English breakfast tea and I enjoyed the iced peach tea. We each had a bowl of soup, potato my husbands favorite and myself chicken rice with peas. All excellent The pot roast was perfectly done. The staff were friendly and helpful. The owner was friendly and made us feel like old friends. We had carrot cake (my husband said the best he has had in years!) and myself a chocolate with raspberry and white chocolate. We had gone there several years ago for valentines day and my husband thought it would be a nice surprise to revisit. The March menu of chicken and waffles will have us returning with friends. The comfort food menu is a great idea to inspire married couple to go out for a quiet home cooked meal.

I am so glad you enjoyed yourself. We love having the dinners and the men seem to be overwhelmed at the idea that a tea room actually serves dinners that men enjoy. We look forward to your next visit.

The Victorian Parlor
It is a beautiful atmosphere and a relaxing experience! You have got to see the peacock room. It beautiful!
