Charlotte's Tea Room
Took my mom here to celebrate her 94th Birthday. We had an early reservation and enjoyed the High Tea. Sandwiches were DELICIOUS, presentation beautiful, and our server was attentive and charming. We enjoyed every minute of our time here and plan to come back very soon.(And we live in PA)
