The service here was horrible. Very snooty. Rushed my friends and I to finish our afternoon tea.

Again,I am so sorry that you felt rushed. We plan for a two hour seating, which is enough time to enjoy a Queen's Tea. I looked at your ticket and one of your guests arrived 15 minutes late. We then took your order and we try to serve each course about 20 minutes apart, however you and your guests were enjoying yourselves so that we had to push back the serving times. As I explained to you if the table was not booked afterward,you and your guests could have stayed until we closed, but that was not the case. I apologised then as I am doing now.
