Miss Spenser's Special Teas is truly incredible. The tea room is absolutely gorgeous and it provides a relaxing atmosphere with such charm. The food is divine and the service is fantastic. The lovely Miss Spencer's performances are full of eloquence and beauty. I have attended the Titanic tea and the St. Patrick's tea and both were truly brilliant.
