Serendipity Tea Room and Cafe'
I traveled over an hour to get to this tea house. I was not disappointed when I got there. The server was so attentive and her suggestions dead on. I felt like I was at home here instead of in somebody's tea house. I took a friend who's never been to a tea. She is a very picky eater and for her to eat EVERYTHING given to her speaks volumes to the taste and quality of the food. Never met the previous owners, but the new one is delightful and I really enjoyed talking with her and the server after our tea was over. Experience was well worth the time spent to get here. I will definately be going back here again.

Victorene's Tea
I was very disappointed in this whole experience. My 1st complaint is that I thought we were going to go on a covered bridge tour before or after the tea. But all we got was a dissertation on the covered bridges. Although very informative - it was also very disappointing. My 2nd complaint is that we were only given one kind of tea and when asked if we could choose another tea we were told no they were serving the tea that was featured for the day. For $30 I want to sample as much tea as I could drink. That is my sole purpose for visiting tea houses is to sample the variety of tea not drink one kind that I didn't even like. The food was good the hospitality and service were superb however the whole experience was misinforming. I would like to have had a little more for the price I paid and the distance I traveled to get here.
