In reponse to Taylor's review on 11/17/08, I believe the High Societea that Taylor is referring to is located in Brisbane, Australia. I too had a very similar experience with Taylor with the Brisbane High Societea - the male manager had absolutely zero people skill and tried charge us for meals we did not order. On top of that he refused to refund my $100 booking deposit. It is nice to sea some teahouses doing the right thing and such good reviews from your customers. It's a shame you are on the other side of the globe though or I'd most definitely be visiting you.
