I had been here 2 years ago and had a great experience but today, there was nothing spectacular except the dessert's presentation. I'm not sure what changed, but having been to many tea houses, I guess I expected more. The waitress however was very nice and did her job well. The place was crowded and we had to almost yell across the table. Not 'the experience' of an elegant tea parlour.

It's a shame when you are confident to write a poor review of our Tea Room under the an 'anonymous' title, but not able to tell us to our face what we could have done to improve your visit...I can only conclude you were annoyed by others enjoying themselves rather too loudly. Jo Gemmill Owner.
