I can't say enough great things about having tea here! It is an amazing experience. The food is excellent. The tea selections are wonderful. Michelle, the tea captain, is awesome. I have been here numerous times and would highly recommend it to anyone! Don't miss out on such a great experience!

I've frequented many a tea room and found this experience to be a bit lacking. There was no loose tea served, only bagged tea. The plates and dishes were China. The restaurant was a bit noisy so it was a little hard to feel the usual quiet and relaxation that an afternoon tea experience offers. The scones were offered to us as we were in the middle of eating from our 3-tier tray which we found a bit distracting. We did not receive much attention from our wait-staff nor any description of the food we were served. An 18% gratuity charge was included although we did not feel that this was a fair tip considering the overall experience. I recommend this place if it is your first time attending afternoon tea, otherwise you will be disappointed.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time here! We were very impressed with Manuel the Tea Captail and how cheerful and informative he was. It made for a delightful tea. The food was excellent! We will definitely go again and highly recommend it! The only downside is that tea is not served in china, but other than that it was wonderful!
