Serendipity Tea Room and Cafe'
My grandmother has been taking me to tea shops for over seven years, and I have always loved going to Serendipity. The owner is lovely, and very welcoming to all her guests. The room is always decorated beautifully, no matter what the season. And if you get the chance, try sitting outside on their deck in the early spring or late summer. It's very peaceful along the river. I will admit, I have seen a better selection of tea before. But I have never had such delicate foods before. My favorites are the strawberry soup, which is a creamy summer treat, and their white chocolate scones. The atmosphere is laidback, and sure to be a smash with young ladies and grandmothers alike.
