Tea House on Los Rios
The first time we visited The Tea House on Los Rios was the morning after we got 'bumped' off our flight to London, because it was oversold! Determined to spend at least the weekend doing all things 'British', we started the day at The Tea House. Well, many years & pots of tea later, we are still huge fans! Claudia & Allan are such warm & charming hosts, & over the years, have never failed to stop by our table to chat for a few minutes. Not only do they make their guests feel welcome, but the food is delectable & the tea service impeccable. The scones with devonshire cream & jam make my mouth water at the memory... A visit to The Tea House takes you back in time. This historic house has character to spare, the garden is lush,& with the sounds of water falling & music playing softly in the background, it's the perfect recipe for relaxation & a lovely meal...
