The Windsor Rose English Tea Room
We had the most enjoyable experience at the Windsor Rose. The tea, sandwiches, scones, and cakes were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was delightful. The owner came and talked with us. I highly recommend this for a wonderful English tea experience.
