The Pink Bicycle Tea Room
We tried this tearoom today, August 29, 2015. You cannot enter the building earlier than 11 am (actually they unlocked doors after 11 am). The hostess was very nice and we were seated promptly. The air conditioning works well at 66-68 degrees. We froze! The food and presentation were good and the servers were very nice and attentive. Suggestions: answer telephone messages and emails promptly, turn air conditioning up a tad and offer lemon curd or jam with scones. Other than that, very nice and well done.

British Pantry
I revisited the tea room today to see if service and hospitality had improved from the lack luster of previous owner. The food was excellent and the server worked very hard and was sweet. My suggestions are the following: Greet people when they walk in the door - I walked in and was ignored - not cool. Also, the server was trying her best to keep up with all the customers. Why was she the only server? She was delightful and very apologetic but there were at least three other employees who could have jumped in and helped her. All in all, I would return but do hope it's a more welcoming and warm atmosphere.
Tearoom response:
Thank you Lisa for shining a light on areas we need to improve. We pride ourselves on creating an atmosphere both warm and welcoming, and have been told so over and over. Thank you again for visiting the Pantry, we hope to see you again soon, perhaps at the Easter Open House

Crest Hill Tea Room
I absolutely loved this quaint tea room. It was warm, friendly and the prices spot on! I shall definitely go back to relax and shop. Thanks.
