The Tea Leaf
Although it was cold and rainy outside, the warm and inviting feeling of The Tea Leaf never fails to draw me back. This visit I brought five friends to experience the three-course tea service. While we waited for our tea, we browsed the tea and gift shop where I always seem to find something new. The lovely greeting cards with teabags tucked inside were a must have as was the tea wallet. As for the three-course tea, the selection of sandwiches were scrumptious. The chicken salad with cranberries and curry and the artichoke and cream cheese spread were two of my favorites and the brownies with french lavender frosting was a favorite of several of my guests. As for the scones, I always bring home extras so that we can enjoy them in the morning or evening with tea. Yum!
