The Windsor Rose English Tea Room
My second visit today. It's unfortunate.....for all the OTHER tea rooms! I compare them all to here now, and none can hold a candle! Great scones, great atmosphere, Friendly staff, cozy, plenty of food. High tea windsor is enough to take us away both feeling stuffed, thanks!
