The Lobby Lounge, Ritz-Carlton
I keep going back to the Ritz because its convenient to my house, however, I have yet to have a good service experience. In a large group or small, the service is consistently lacking. From the taking of reservations (sometimes requires numerous phone calls, they get lost, etc.) to the service at tea to special requests being faxed numerous times, the service has never been adequate.
