I've been to almost every tea shop in the Northeast and this is my favorite. I travel regularly, but always look forward to returning to the Glens Falls area to visit here. The customer service is outstanding and the variety of teas available is mind-blowing. The staff is so knowledgeable about tea there is no such thing as an unanswered question. My highest recommendations! Bravo!
