The Tea Room
I've been to The Tea Room a few times. I personally enjoy their menu, and they have lovely decor. I'm sure their teas are decent enough, and not sure if they have changed, but they have tea leaves loose in the teapot, which makes the tea quite bitter after the first or second cup.

Taylor's Tea Room
I've been to Taylor's around half a dozen times. The food is always good, and they have around 20 teas to choose from that are pleasant. I only reduce the rating because on my last visit the staff wasn't very attentive, and noticed the decor was quite dusty. Not sure if that's the look they are going for, and maybe I'm being too sensitive and looking too much at things. Nice tea room overall.

Bentley Tea House
We went for high tea in December and had a lovely time. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. The food was great. I had the Flowers of Paradise (green) tea and it was very nice. The tea came in (removable) bags, and a tea timer so the tea did not stew. Would be by more often if it was closer.
