Gypsy's Tea Room
This is my favorite tea room in Maryland! Definitely worth the drive up to Westminster. Service is always great & the food is FANTASTIC & I bought her cookbook so I could recreate her recipes at home. Fresh, original sandwiches - I've never been served the same thing twice! The scones are delicious & the mock clotted cream is wonderful. Gypsy's is a little more pricey than most other tea rooms, but certainly worth it.

Tea by Two
The atmosphere is more modern than other tea rooms I've visited, but still very nice. Service was good, food & teas were delicious & plentiful, and the gift shop is adorable. We'll definitely return.

Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
The owner personally sat us at our table & introduced herself. Wide selection of teas. Nice atmosphere (not as cramped as most tea rooms I've been to). Service was great. Food was plentiful, though just ok. The cucumber sandwich had a slimy cucumber inside (seems like it may have been made the day before). The golden raisin scone was a little too biscuit-like for my taste (but still good). Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves & will more than likely visit again.
