  I'm not sure why this is on here. It's a restaurant with a couple of teas on the side, not a tea house. It's a nice place though, it has a real fireplace.

  Been to Podunk many times and have always had a good. Time. Yes they have a no cell phone no laptop policy so it's not a sit and work place but I've had a nice time writing in my journal, talking with my companions or just drinking tea. You can get only tea if you want-- there's no minimum purchase that I know of and the proprietress has always been very kind. Any detractors? No bathroom! Otherwise lovely.

  Nice looking quaint place. They need to increase their hours though! Service very good. Serves meals, has a variety of pastries for sale. Teas are all loose leaf but getting proper descriptions of tea can be difficult (all servers are japanese and have trouble with english or perhaps it's a cultural issue?) but they are good quality.
