Silver Tips Tea Room
Visited during a halloween trip to sleepy hollow. The selection was good, the atmosphere was clean and crisp, not stuffy. The food and food selection was good, and service while good, was nothing overly welcoming.

I loved the theme. It wasn't stuffy, very whimsical and happy. The tea list was excellent with many choices, and the food has always been superb. Service while not poor, could have been better.
