Belvidere Mansion Tea Room
YUM! This tea room offers made from scratch fare that exceeds everything else in town with a menu that ranges from light, such as the Confetti Chicken Salad which contains dried cranberries and pecans to hearty such as beef and chicken pasties. The tea is very good and all loose leaf, ranging from a full bodied Darjeeling to a light and flavorable Cherry Vanilla to a hearty Cinnamon Orange Spice. The Tea Service is beautiful as well as delicious with offerings from traditional cucumber or raddish sandwiches to cream puffs. The scones are the best I have ever tasted! What a wonderfully comfortable environment as well as a good cause... proceeds from the tea room (as well as the gift shop located in the mansion) help with the restoration of the mansion.
