I have never met with ruder people in my life. I found their service and their attitude to be the worst I've seen.

Dear Rene Rivera, I am one of the owners of alice's tea cup and I wanted to contact you directly but don't know how to reach you. One note we constantly hear is how positive and friendly our staff is, so this review was quite shocking to us. We would love to know who this person was so we can discuss this event with that staff member and address the issue. Negative feedback is often the most helpful because it gives us something to work with, so please contact us to let us know when you were in, etc, and we'd love to extend an invitation to coem in again and experience us on another day, as we are sure your experience will be wonderful. If you look at the reviews on this website and others, you will recognize that this must have been an off day for one of our employees, hopefully not two or more, and that we strive to offer affable service, that is our priority number one.
