Kathleen's Tea Room
I have had the pleasure of enjoying Tea at Kathleen's on many occasions. She has a fabulous place - but what makes Kathleen's unique is Kathleen. It is her energy, her presence, her warm giving spirit that is so wonderful. She is very real and down to earth - I do not think she takes kindly to rude guests - people often forget that is what they are - guests - and do not conduct themsevles appropriately. Her husband, Larry, is often there - he too is a pleasure. He loves to talk, joke, refresh you tea pot. I love them.

Lady Mendl's
I took my Mother and Grandmother to see Wicked on Christmas Eve and then we had reservations for Tea at Lady Mendl's after. The tea room was tastefully decorated for the holiday. My grandmother became ill upon our arrival. The host / manager was a doll. He did everything he could to make her comfortable and handled the matter graciously. He will never know how much we appreciate his kindness.
