Rose Cottage
My mom and I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Rose Cottage Tea Room. While I wish I could have had the full tea, it is only served after 3:00 (I believev that was the time) which was a little disappointing. However, the lunch was very good. We both had soup and a sandwich and I was very pleased with what we got. We also got our own pot of tea and the tea was very good as well. The staff was very friendly. The decor was lovely and I liked how they had a section with items you could purchase. I always enjoy browsing while waiting for my tea. Additionally, there are a handful of antique stores there in Pine Mountain so if you are looking for a fun day out, I would recommend going to this charming town. I would definitely go back and have either lunch or tea at the Rose Cottage Tea Room.

Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
My mom and I love going to tea and have tea at a lot of different places. We actually had tea early in the day at the Inn at Buckeystown (it was the only teahouse that was close by- or so I thought). After tea there, we went to Frederick to do some shopping when we came across the Serenity Tea Room. We had to try it since we weren’t pleased at all with the tea at the Inn at Buckeystown. Wow! Everything was so much better at Serenity Tea Room. We only had a scone and some tea sandwiches and they were wonderful. The owner, Blanch, was so personable and just fabulous- her husband was wonderful too. I can’t wait to go back and have the full tea. It you are a tea lover- this is the place to go.
