The Path of Tea
I came in last week with a group of friends for a tea tasting. We had 5 different types of tea; a white, green, oolong, black and rooibos. We learned all about how and where tea is grown, how it is processed and how to taste it. We learned things to do at home to make good tea. I never knew many of the things we learned. It was so much fun and so informative. We had treats that were paired with each tea...just like a wine tasting. The best part was when it came time to pay we knew it would be around $20.00 per person...but...surprise...it was about $5.00 per person. All that value for an hour of Thia's time and all that delicious organic tea! What a bargain. She did not charge anything for her time...just the tea and sweets. I will be a loyal and regular customer of The Path of Tea because of my experience. I have visited many of the tea rooms in Houston and believe me there is nothing else like the Path of Tea. It is beautiful, peaceful, fun and full of nice people. Thank you Thia for your time and patience. I had a wonderful time. I have been thinking about other friends I can bring in for a tasting!
