I have visited the shop for tea twice and I must say their food is delicious and it is presented very nicely. I especially liked the scones, served nice and hot and fresh! The tea was not hot when it came to the table.and I had to ask for more. However, they do serve my favorite tea, and that is a plus! They have a very nice selection and I was really happy to find my 'Lady Grey' on the menu. I'm sure as they get up and running these little problems will be ironed out. They have a small selection of gift items that are really tempting too and have more items each time I go in. Altogether it was a very pleasant experience and I'm sure I will return often. Their location is charming, an old house in Columbia, which reflects the gold rush town heritage and they even have a patio room. When I was there the second time there was a small group in that part of the shop and it made a cozy out of the way place for a group. All in all, I enjoyed my visit, and will go again for sure!
