We frequently like to visit delightful tea rooms and recently discovered Columbia Kate's--a true 'gem' in the Mother Lode. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon full of special touches: *Tabletop choice of mismatched tea cup and saucer *A pick of tasty scone flavor *Unique toastette sandwiches and other creatively garnished edibles *A variety of yummy salads included in the reasonably priced Tea Sampler *Cute seating available indoors or in an enclosed porch area *Homemade tea bread complementing other freshly made goodies After lingering over many cups of delectable teas selected from their extensive tea menu (Berry Blues was our favorite!), we leisurely browsed thtough the trinkets tucked in the nooks and crannies of the historic, restored barn. You, too, can strike gold by visiting Columbia Kate's!!!
