Lady Mendl's
This tea room is the end-all, be-all of tea rooms. Every Victorian tea I have must compare to Lady Mendl's. From decor to service to food, it is not to be outdone. I also love that you can get more than one type of finger sandwich, and they will give you extra of the ones you like. I cannot recommend Lady Mendl's enough.
