The Empress Tea Room & Event Dinning
I love to go to the Empress Tea room and recently held an event there. The food is consistently wonderful. The atmosphere is just special, with lovely decor and a boutique full of unique items. I especially love the spirit of the owners and the staff. They really reach out to make each person's visit an experience.
