The Tea Room at the Depot
This is a pretty place, but the service was very lacking when I visted. I could not get a refill or any service at all! Management attitude when informed of the problem was also surly and unpleasant. The shopping next to it and the decor are lovely. I just wish management and service were better.

My sincere apologies for the problem you had with the Depot Tearoom. This was not acceptable behavior and my staff will be talked to. Our service to our customers is our top priority. This is not typical of a Depot Tearoom experience.
Effective September 1, 2005 we are under new ownership/managment. Our tranisition phase is complete and I hope your next experience is much more pleasurable.
Please print this out and bring in for a dessert on the house.
