This is such a comfortable place to go. Donnalyn's knowlege of all of the teas is incredible. You never feel rushed and she always seems willing to assist you in your choices, no longer how long it takes. She has over 400 loose teas in her shop and her gift items are very nice also. The teas are incredible.
