The Tea Trolley
This is my favorite place to go, from everyday tea and food to Rachel's special tea's like Valentine's day the food is heaven, and the people are wonderful

Top Hat Special-Teas
I live in Maryland, and will be moving to SC, and love going to my place in Delta PA the Tea- Trolley, so I was excited about what SC has to offer. This was very good, we went for lunch, had baked chicken, loved the decorations, will go again for sure.
