Cafe Lalo
I love Cafe Lalo's. its such a cute little place but the only issue is it gets super crowded because its so small and you always land up having to wait endlessly. another tea room that is as good if not better is the The Tea Set located in the west village. in fact i recently found a deal on BuyWithMe NYC, where they're offering $30 worth of food and drink for only $15 and you can also get organic tea worth $20 or more for only $10.
