Dedicated afternoon tea hunters, we try to book a fancy afternoon tea everywhere we travel. We have tried a number of tea places, but we have hit an all time high with Kiran's. Kiran's offers an Indian twist on British high afternoon tea. From the samosas to the cucumber sandwiches, fresh house baked scones (we had wait a few minutes while ours finished baking in the oven...heaven!), baked treats and in-house hand blended teas, simply everything was over-the-top delicious. The restaurant is decorated in an understated luxe Raj style and is extremeley comfortable. The service was warm and attentive. Do yourself a favour and set aside an hour or two for a long and decadent tea service here. I doubt you will ever find a more delicious or enjoyable tea!
