Russian Tea Time
I treated my best friend to her first afternoon tea here in November 2005. The tea, although the selection was slim, was very good. We chose to sample vodka and have the full tea offering with sweets and savories. The food was delicious and plentiful. The vodka was amazing - plus served with rye bread and pickles - very traditional and fun! Russian Tea Time is in a perfect location for stopping between the Art Institute and shopping State Street - it made our trip!
