The Pink Bicycle Tea Room
Disappointing. I went with my friend for a early tea, and we both were underwhelmed. The place lacked atmosphere and charm (pink walls alone won’t do it). The place settings were so ordinary (stoneware). My friend had the Earl Gray Tea –tasteless, I had a fruity decaf which was good, but both were not very hot. The clotted cream was nothing more than whipped cream. Paper napkins - it was just not as special as I expected. Don’t think we’ll be going back.

British Pantry
A nice place. My husband and I stopped by (on my birthday) for an impromptu tea. Everything was very nice, though I was disappointed that none of the sweets were homemade - cookies out of the box. We felt a little cramped as the tea room is second in space to the store and it’s not as artfully decorated as some I have seen.

Miss Minerva's Tea Room & Gift Shop
Miss Minerva's is a darling little place in Culpeper (also a darling little town). The teas are amazing and the food is also very good, but is overshadowed by the fabulous tea. I went there with a friend and we had a lovely time. We'll definitely go back.
